For our U14 age group specifically, all player assessments will take place together on the same pitch. This approach allows us to maximize our coaching resources and ensure players are evaluated by a broader group of staff, creating a more comprehensive assessment process. It also provides every player with the opportunity to be considered for the appropriate development pathway rather than being limited to one specific stream at the outset.

By bringing players together in a shared assessment environment, families and athletes can also gain a better understanding of the full range of opportunities available within the club.

This allows players to experience our different pathways firsthand and reinforces our commitment to placing each athlete in the environment that best supports their continued growth and development. At that point each stakeholder is free to choose any level of service deliverables from the club as to which stream they see is the best fit.
