The MHUSC U14+ OPDL Program provides U14–U17 boys and girls with a high-performance environment designed for players ready to train, compete and develop at an advanced level.
Through nationally licensed coaching, increased training frequency, OPDL league competition and integrated athletic development, players are challenged to continue progressing technically, tactically, physically and psychologically.

Specialized goalkeeper development and coaching.
Per week from May through October.

Each age group operates under nationally licensed leadership.
At least one technical assistant is provided per gender.
Led by the Director of Goalkeeping with qualified support staff.
Dedicated analysis sessions support player learning.
Development follows the club technical framework.
Two physical testing sessions throughout the year.
Two formal player evaluations throughout the year.
Uniforms are purchased separately from registration. Families should allow approximately $350 for the kit.
Includes a red home kit, white away kit, training kit, tracksuit and bag. Returning members may reuse last season’s kit.
Program delivery uses Redeemer University, Sir John Henry Newman, St. Thomas More, St. Jean de Brébeuf, Bishop Tonnos, Heritage Green, Mohawk Sports Park and school gym facilities.
